Course Summary: Undulating course on side of hill; sharp turns into and out of home straight; long uphill finish and results of many races change after last fence; going usually good (despite late season dates) on old moorland turf; fences now more substantial and well built. Plenty of parking space and has a large paddock. Over 1000 feet above sea level with grand view of Exmoor, but grazed by sheep with resulting hazards for unsuspecting racegoers and falling riders.
