Course Summary: Mainly flat course, uphill from 100 yards before 2nd (10/18th) to finish; long run between 7(15)th and 8(16)th; fences are all permanent and a work of art, well-built and irregularly spaced; rail on landing side of 2nd (10/16)th to deflect loose horses has been extended to give additional protection. Judge's stand is well back from line and paddock re-sited to far side of changing tents is much more convenient. Viewing good from inside of course and bank near paddock. Hard road access and well-sited car parks. Bookies very fair. A fair test and form usually reliable. The approach through a triumphal arch sets the stage for what is a proper old-fashioned Point-to-Point. Well worth a visit.

Top Riders: O. Greenall 8, M. Walford 7, Miss J. Coward 4, Mrs J. Dawson 4, N. Kent 4, Tom Greenall 4.
