Course Summary: Flat, sharpish rectangular course lengthened by moving the start back before the first fence in the back straight; following fences are close together until long run between 4th and 5th; run-in is 170 yards. Well maintained and usually attracts plenty of runners. Access/exit OK. Viewing best in centre. Very large crowd, but bookies and paddock area improved and movement no problem. Lovely setting in parkland in front of Tabley Hall, the Palladian mansion which was the seat of the Leicester family for 700 years.
