Area: West Midlands

Meeting(s): Croome & West Warwickshire - Easter Tuesday, 25 March 2008

Course Summary: Flat testing galloping riverside track; suits stayers; has a couple of sharp bends and vital to take a good line; firm, but well-sloped fences can catch out poor jumpers. Improved almost beyond recognition in recent years with much work having been done to improve viewing and drainage. Viewing best from hill overlooking finish (also fine from centre of course). Parking is plentiful and easy; good entry and exits with proper roads on course. Strong betting market. A very popular Easter Tuesday meeting.

Top Riders: Julian Pritchard 4, Mrs K. Baimbridge 3, A. Wintle 3, J. Snowden 2, M. Wall 2, T. Weston 2, M. Wilesmith 2
