Slightly undulating, all grass, teardrop shaped track a few hundred yards from original course. Course is downhill into back straight and slightly uphill after the ditch through to finish. Fences portable, compacted sub-soil, and watering is possible.

As of Wednesday 30th April: The Clerk of the Course states "After nearly an inch of rain last Friday evening and some watering over the last two evenings, the going at Holnicote is Good all round the course. The course was slit late last week to allow the rain into the ground. Watering will continue and there will be an update before entries close."
