Course is level, all grass, set in grounds of Witton Castle, runs around the lakes; good galloping course. Fences look well built but not very substantial. Watering available.

Ahead of our meeting on Monday, May 5th, CoC Richard Smith and his team report that the going is Good to Firm, with a good grass covering. Watering started on Saturday and we will water every day until Sunday 4th May. We have water on site as well as manpower and are lucky to have the former CoC to advise also.
