The Injured Jockeys Fund is holding a second pre-season physical profiling day for point-to-point jockeys, this time at Jack Berry House (pictured above) in Malton, on Tuesday 21st November.
Proceedings start at 2pm, and the day will consist of some robust sports science and strength and conditioning assessments, alongside injury management screening and nutritional advice, to ensure that jockeys are well-equipped and in the best physical shape to perform at their best throughout the season.

All jockeys planning to ride in point-to-points in the 2023/2024 season are welcome, particularly those in the Yorkshire and Northern areas.
